Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of RadianceStation.com.au, the Radiance Station dashboard, and the related study, feedback, support, and subscription services.

Acceptance of These Terms

  • By accessing or using RadianceStation.com.au, creating an account, starting a placement flow, purchasing a subscription, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the account-based or paid parts of the service.
  • These terms apply to both free and paid use of the platform, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • Radiance Station is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining your account, and you must keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our breach or by unauthorised access that you reported promptly and that was not caused by your failure to take reasonable care with your credentials.
  • We may require email verification or other reasonable checks before activating or restoring access to some features.

What the Service Is For

  • Radiance Station provides IELTS and CEFR study tools, placement flows, study-plan features, progress tracking, AI-generated feedback, peer-feedback features, and related support and billing functions.
  • The service is provided for lawful educational and account-management purposes. It is not a formal testing authority, migration agency, educational institution, university, or legal adviser.
  • You are responsible for deciding how to use the learning content and feedback in your own preparation.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • You must not use the platform in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading way.
  • You must not interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the service, including by scraping at scale, probing vulnerabilities, reverse engineering protected parts of the service except where the law cannot exclude that right, distributing malware, or attempting unauthorised access.
  • You must not impersonate another person, share accounts in a way that undermines account integrity, or use the platform to spam, advertise unrelated services, or manipulate feedback, scores, or community features.
  • You must not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use, including plagiarised, infringing, or unlawfully obtained material.

Your Content, Submissions, and Community Features

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit to Radiance Station, including study responses, feedback text, and other materials you upload or enter.
  • By submitting content through the service, you give Radiance Station a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service to you and, where relevant, to other users through the feature you choose to use.
  • If you use peer-feedback or contact features, you understand that some of your information or submissions may be shown to other users as part of those features.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it does not breach law, these terms, another person's rights, or the platform's community rules.

AI Features and Automated Outputs

  • Radiance Station may provide AI-generated scores, comments, summaries, or other outputs to support learning and revision.
  • AI outputs are provided for educational guidance only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and they are not professional, migration, legal, academic, or psychological advice.
  • You should use your own judgment before relying on any AI output, and you remain responsible for your decisions, submissions, exam preparation, and external applications.
  • We do not guarantee any particular exam score, migration outcome, admissions decision, or learning result.

Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

  • Some features require a paid subscription. The plan, billing frequency, and price shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply when you subscribe, unless changed later in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
  • Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring charges associated with the plan you selected until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.
  • Before you complete checkout, the checkout flow should clearly disclose the recurring nature of the plan, the billing period, the recurring price, and how cancellation works.
  • You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or any other cancellation method we make available. Unless the law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for ending a recurring subscription.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or limit paid features until payment is successfully processed.

Refunds, Consumer Rights, and Pricing Changes

  • Except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started.
  • Feedback request token packs are one-time digital purchases. Unless the law requires otherwise or we expressly agree otherwise, unused token-pack credits are generally non-refundable after purchase.
  • Unless we clearly disclose otherwise at the time of purchase, extra feedback-request token-pack credits stay on your account until they are used.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • If the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may have rights in relation to services that are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not receive the access or credits described at checkout, contact support promptly so we can investigate.
  • We may change subscription prices or plan inclusions from time to time. Any material pricing change for an ongoing subscription will be communicated before it takes effect for a future renewal, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal, tax, or payment-provider reasons.

Free Features, Promotions, and Feature Limits

  • Radiance Station may offer free features, placement tests, free lessons, promotional access, beta tools, or limited-use features. These may be changed, withdrawn, capped, or replaced at any time unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Usage caps, plan limits, contact limits, bonus credits, or feature-specific quotas shown in the product, dashboard, or checkout flow form part of the service description for that feature or plan at that time.
  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the offer, including timing, eligibility, and redemption limits.

Intellectual Property

  • Radiance Station owns or licenses the platform, site design, branding, software, lesson structures, original databases, and other platform materials, excluding content you own and third-party content used with permission.
  • You may use the service for your personal study and account purposes. You must not copy, resell, republish, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from protected platform material except as permitted by law or by our written permission.
  • Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Availability, Changes, and Maintenance

  • We work to keep the service available and functional, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.
  • We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development.
  • Where reasonably practicable, we will try to avoid materially degrading a paid subscription during an already-paid billing period without notice, except where immediate action is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to protect users or the platform.

Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our privacy processes.
  • Account-deletion requests may use a short cooling-off period before execution and may be cancellable during that period through dashboard privacy settings where that workflow is available.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe this is necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, fraud, serious misuse, repeated breaches of these terms, or risks to other users or the service.
  • Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue before terminating an account, but we may act immediately where urgent action is reasonably required.
  • Termination or suspension does not affect accrued rights, outstanding payment obligations, or clauses that are intended to continue after access ends.
  • Deletion or closure of an account does not require us to remove records that must still be retained in restricted or anonymised form for billing, tax, security, fraud, legal, or compliance reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services and Links

  • Parts of the service rely on third-party providers, including payment processing, email delivery, authentication, AI services, and cloud or database infrastructure.
  • Your use of third-party services may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
  • We are not responsible for third-party products or services that are outside our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for services we promise to provide to you under applicable law.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiance Station is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising from your use of the service.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law for non-excludable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
  • Subject to the previous point, you use the free and beta parts of the service at your own risk, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy, Complaints, and Support

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal information.
  • Signed-in users should use dashboard privacy settings where available for data export requests, account-deletion requests, export downloads, and deletion cancellation during the cooling-off period.
  • If you have a complaint about billing, conduct, content, moderation, privacy, or another aspect of the service, contact us first so we can investigate and try to resolve it.
  • If you need help with an access request, a correction outside self-service profile settings, an email-address change, or another sensitive account request, use the contact form, support page, or support email and we may require reasonable identity verification before acting.
  • For support, cancellations, complaints, or legal notices relating to these terms, use the contact form on RadianceStation.com.au, visit the support page, or email hello@radiancestation.com. Our general support target is within 2 business days, and we aim to respond faster where account access or billing is at risk.
  • If peer feedback, invite links, or community interactions feel unsafe or abusive, report the issue through support or the community-safety page and we will review it as a moderation issue as quickly as practicable, usually within 1 business day.

Changes to These Terms and General Provisions

  • We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, law, pricing, providers, or operational requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the terms and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
  • If a change materially affects your rights or obligations for an ongoing paid subscription, we aim to apply that change prospectively and with reasonable prior notice unless immediate change is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or provider constraints outside our reasonable control.
  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. You and Radiance Station submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals that can properly hear the dispute.
