Community safety

Radiance Station includes peer feedback, contact requests, and invite links, so we need a clear safety and moderation path.

What to report

  • Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual content, spam, manipulative behaviour, impersonation, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Peer feedback that is abusive, humiliating, unrelated to the task, or intended to intimidate rather than help.
  • Invite-link or contact-network misuse, including attempts to pressure users into off-platform contact.

How to report it

  • Use the support page or the site contact form and include the approximate time, the page or feature involved, and enough detail for us to investigate.
  • If the report involves account access, billing, or personal safety concerns, email hello@radiancestation.com.
  • We aim to review urgent safety issues within 1 business day where reasonably practicable.

If there is immediate danger or serious abuse

  • If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or police first. In Australia, call Triple Zero (000) in an emergency.
  • For serious online abuse in Australia, you may also be able to seek help from the eSafety Commissioner after reporting the issue to the platform first. See https://www.esafety.gov.au/report.
  • Do not wait for a normal support response window if there is a credible threat, extortion attempt, stalking concern, or other urgent safety risk.

What we may do

  • Review account activity, contact requests, invite-link records, feedback submissions, and related moderation history.
  • Restrict or suspend peer or contact features while a report is being reviewed.
  • Suspend or remove accounts where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users or the service.
