Subscription and refunds

This page explains how recurring subscriptions, token packs, cancellations, and refund expectations work at Radiance Station.

Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe.
  • The checkout flow should clearly identify the plan name, billing frequency, recurring price, and renewal model before payment is confirmed.
  • Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until they are cancelled.
  • If you cancel, future renewals stop and access normally remains active until the end of the current paid period unless the law requires otherwise.
  • We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for ending a recurring subscription.

Feedback request token packs

  • Paid accounts include up to 80 feedback requests per monthly cycle across IELTS and CEFR writing and speaking.
  • If you need more than the included monthly requests, you can purchase one or more feedback request token packs.
  • Token packs are one-time digital purchases that add extra feedback-request balance to your account.
  • Unless we clearly disclose otherwise at the time of purchase, extra token-pack credits stay on your account until they are used.

Refund expectations

  • Except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started.
  • Except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise, token-pack purchases are generally non-refundable after purchase.
  • Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid for access or credits that were not supplied as described, contact support promptly so we can investigate.

When to contact support

  • Contact support if billing succeeds but access, usage balance, or feedback-pack credits do not update correctly.
  • Contact support if you have a scheduled account deletion and still need billing, cancellation, or subscription-access help before that deletion executes.

  • We aim to respond to billing and account-access issues within 1 business day where reasonably practicable.
