Community guidelines
Radiance Station works best when feedback is respectful, specific, and focused on helping learners improve.
How to contribute well
- Be constructive and explain what the learner can improve next.
- Keep feedback respectful, clear, and free from personal attacks.
- Comment on the work itself rather than making assumptions about the person who submitted it.
What is not allowed
- Do not share private or personal information from your account or someone else's work.
- Do not upload copied work and present it as original practice.
- Do not use the platform for spam, promotion, harassment, or unrelated conversations.
If something feels unsafe
- If peer feedback, contact requests, or invite links are being used in a harmful, threatening, or manipulative way, stop engaging and report it through our support path.
- For urgent safety or access issues, contact hello@radiancestation.com. We aim to review those reports within 1 business day.
- If there is an immediate threat to safety, contact local emergency services first. In Australia, call Triple Zero (000) in an emergency.
- We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or community access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect learners or the service.
